This conference aims be a catalyst for a step-change in the recognition and measurement of all forms of value arising from city, regional and national infrastructure, by connecting partners from academia, government, business and civil society operating at the local, national and international levels to debate, inform policy and shape plans for future research.
The 2017 Annual MeCCSA Conference was hosted from 11-13 January 2017 by the School of Media and Communication, University of Leeds. The theme of the MeCCSA 2017 is ‘Culture, Media, Equality and Freedom’. Keynote speakers and panel streams will be dedicated to this theme.
The Leeds Doctoral College Showcase 2016 took place at the 7th annual University of Leeds Postgraduate Research Conference on Monday December 5th 2016.  It had four competitions: Research poster and research image displays were in Parkinson Court and the Postgraduate Researcher of the Year and Three Minute Thesis presentations were in the Great Hall, Baines Wing. The Logic Colloquium 2016, organized under the auspices of the Association for Symbolic Logic, was held at the University of Leeds (UK) in August 2016. There were 12 plenary speakers, one of whom gave the Gödel Lecture.
