Coach Transfers from Harrogate

8:15 from The Harrogate Inn (HG1 2SY) - coach is parked at the Crescent Gardens, in front of the hotel. - Evening - Wednesday

Accommodation
With another large-scale event taking place in Leeds on 21-23 May 2024, the availability of hotel rooms in the city is limited on these dates.
We recommend that delegates secure accommodation in Harrogate – a scenic spa town, north of Leeds.
There will be a complimentary coach transfer service between Harrogate and the event venue on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Exact times to be confirmed. There are direct trains from London Kings Cross to Harrogate.

Delegate rate: £105 per night (single room), including breakfast.
To book please email reservations@inncollectiongroup.com , or call on +44 (0)191 580 3610 (9am – 8pm weekdays and 9am – 6pm at weekends) and specify that your stay is in relation to the Africa Week at the University of Leeds. You will need to provide your credit card details.
Rooms are available to book until 9 April 2024. Bookings will be non-refundable after this date unless different terms are applied by the hotel at the time of booking.

Coach transfer Harrogate – University (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday)
Journey time: 45 minutes
Morning pick up point: The Harrogate Inn, Crescent Gardens
Evening return pick up point and times to be confirmed.
Train between Leeds and Harrogate by Northern Rail, every 30 minutes.
Journey time: 30 minutes
Last train departs from Leeds at 23:39. You can also board at Burley Park.
Harrogate train station is up to 10 minutes walking distance from the delegate hotels.
Bus service between Leeds and Harrogate by The Harrogate Bus Company, every 10 minutes
Journey time: 60 minutes
Bus departs from the bus station in the Leeds city centre. Please be aware that it does not pass the campus.
Local taxi companies quote £35 a taxi ride for up to 4 persons between Leeds and Harrogate. At peak times these prices may be higher.
