The Welcome Event takes place on the evening of 9th April, after the first day of the conference, at the local arts and event centre, Left Bank.

You can buy a ticket to the Welcome Event only (you do not need a ticket if you are already registered) for just £20, including food and live music!

The event includes a buffet catered by local Brazilian chef from Bliss Bites Cafe, see the amazing menu below.
