I am a PhD candidate with a Master of Science from the University of Leeds, School of Mathematics, under department of statistics. My MSc research focused on Bayesian methods for image reconstruction. Â Subsequently, my work centred on refining point estimation techniques for photon detection in LYSO detectors, with applications in positron emission tomography (PET) systems. Currently, my main research is in data driven motion detection and tracking for brain PET scans, aiming to improve the accuracy and efficiency of dedicated brain PET scanners.
