Registration and Support Information

Please fill in the registration form if you wish to attend the conference.

There is a registration fee of £20. However, PhD students, Postdocs, speakers, University of Leeds staff are exempt. If you do not belong to one of the exempt categories please contact one of the organisers for further instructions.

We have limited funds available to support participants. If you would like to apply for financial support, please complete the funding application form.

Priority for financial support will be given to students, early career researchers, and contributed speakers. Our goal is to support as many participants as possible within the available budget. If you intend to apply for funding, please do not book your accommodation yet, and make every effort to keep travel expenses low. We assume that most participants can arrive in Leeds on the 7th and depart on the 8th, requiring only one night of accommodation. If this does not apply to your circumstances, please get in touch with one of the organisers.

We would also like to draw your attention to the LMS Childcare Supplementary Grant Scheme, which supports parents working in mathematics. This scheme is designed to help with childcare costs, enabling parents to attend conferences and research meetings without being hindered by these responsibilities.
