Join us in York on 19th-21st May for the fourth Digital Footprints Conference. This annual event brings together academics, policymakers, government representatives and industry to share and discuss the potential of digital data for public good.

This year, the conference expands to three days. In partnership with Smart Data Research UK, day one will showcase how smart data is driving innovation across health and wellbeing, digital society, sustainability, productivity and prosperity.

Days two and three will feature the academic Digital Footprints conference programme run by the International Society for the Study of Digital Footprints, bringing together academics, policymakers, government representatives, and industry to discuss the potential of digital data for public good. You can see the full programme here.

The conference dinner on day 2 is included in registration and takes place aboard a scenic cruise on the River Ouse. We’ll board at 6:45pm at Kings Staith Landing before setting sail for an enjoyable evening on the water. As you enjoy the beautiful riverside views and historic surroundings, savour a classic British fish and chips supper (vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options available).

Registration is £200 and will be open until 8th May 2026.

We look forward to seeing you in York for an action-packed three days!
