Introduction

The British Seismology Meeting is a biennial meeting of seismologists in the UK (and international colleagues!) and covers all aspects of seismology, from instrumental to computational, source to structure, volcanic to forensic, environmental to the Deep Earth, and welcomes contributions from all levels of Researcher, along with those from industries supporting or using seismology in their work

The 2026 British Seismology Meeting was held at the University of Leeds, and consisted of an opening day of workshops and discussion meetings, followed by two days of presentations, in both oral and poster format.

Arrival Instructions

  • On Monday 20th April, Arrival and Registration will be in the Foyer of the Earth and Environment Building, of the School of Earth and Environment at the University of Leeds.
  • On Tuesday 21st and Wednesday 22nd, Arrival and registration will be in Parkinson South, at the front entrance to the University of Leeds.
