As the driving force behind "Soaringwithdidi" since 2019, Ndidi expertly balances her roles as a Life Coach and Author. She specializes in tailoring well-being strategies, fostering independence and resilience among her diverse clientele. Notably, Ndidi has conducted impactful group coaching sessions for organizations such as Together Women, Settled.Org, and the Migrant Access Project.
Simultaneously, she has showcased her global reach by successfully managing the promotion of three internationally acclaimed books: "Retreat to Rebirth - My Story" (2019), "Poverty is a Woman, Her Daughters Look Like Her" (2021), and a third currently in promotion.
In the realm of Creative Production, Ndidi's influence has been profound. Serving as the Creative Producer for the Leeds International African Arts Festival from October 2022 to July 2023, she orchestrated live events across various art forms. Juggling multiple responsibilities, Ndidi efficiently managed suppliers, partners, and resources, showcasing her proactive approach and strategic prowess. Her dedication extended to meticulous oversight of delivery plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring seamless execution.

Further amplifying her impact, Ndidi served as a Commissioned Artist for the MWMCMN project, a LEEDS2023 initiative, from 2021 to 2022. Here, she once again demonstrated her proficiency in delivering live events, managing resources, and fostering community engagement. Collaborating seamlessly with the Leeds2023 Producers and Creative Team, Ndidi ensured the timely delivery of projects that exceeded the creative standards of LEEDS 2023.
Before her endeavors as a Creative Producer, Ndidi contributed significantly to education and community well-being. Her role as an ESOL Teacher at PATH YORKSHIRE from 2018 to 2019 showcased her dedication to language instruction for non-native speakers. Additionally, her tenure as a Community Health Educator at Barca, Leeds, from 2016 to 2019, involved providing vital support and education on health matters through impactful outreach and group initiatives.
Ndidi's academic achievements further enrich her professional profile, including a B.A in English Language, a Level 3 Award in Education and Training, and certifications in Advanced Health and Wellbeing Training, CERTA Level 3 Diploma in Access to Health Education Professions, and a Level 2 Mental Health Awareness Course.
