Registration fees include coffee breaks, lunch, and an evening wine reception.

Terms and conditions

  • If a registration is cancelled within seven days of booking, a full refund will be issued, unless the symposium is scheduled to begin within the next seven days. In such cases, the full registration fee will be charged, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event will receive an 80% refund of the registration fee.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
