Abstract acceptance for oral or poster presentation is conditional upon at least one author registering for the conference by Monday 29 June 2026 to present. Abstracts without a registered presenting author after this date will be omitted from the final conference programme.

For advance information, posters should be in the following format: A0 portrait (w 841mm x h 1189mm).

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
