Call for papers

Call for Papers is now closed.

Building on the success of last year’s event, we invite colleagues to join us on Thursday 20 November 2025 for the fourth Student Success Conference to reflect on progress made over the last year and areas for development.

There will be a mixture of keynote speakers, panels, and parallel sessions on a variety of themes including…

• Student voice and authentic, inclusive assessment; impact on students and how we meet their diverse needs in assessment.
• Removing barriers and empowering international students; how are we working to deliver the best outcomes for international students?
• Delivering results through collaboration. How do we work together overcome implementation barriers in student success?
• Financial wellbeing and student success. How do we address the challenges students face as a result of the cost-of-living crisis?
• Student journey. How do we deliver a seamless, tailored journey from foundation year to career transition?

The cost for speakers to attend this conference is free for all speakers.

This year's conference will take place in-person at Cloth Hall Court, University Leeds and online.
