The 2025 conference will be held in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, University of Leeds, UK.

Accommodation

Single accommodation with en-suite bathroom is available on campus at Storm Jameson Court, a University of Leeds Student Halls of Residence, from Tuesday 15th to Wednesday 16th July (check out Thursday 17th July) @ £60 per room per night bed and breakfast. Breakfast is served in the University Refectory.

Please note, accommodation is offered on a first-come first-served basis and all rooms are single for sole occupancy. Bedrooms will be available to book until 30th June, after this date availability cannot be guaranteed.

Before you begin your booking, please ensure you have a payment (debit/credit) card ready to make payment at the end of the booking process. If you have an access requirement that means you are unable to complete the Booking Form online, please contact T: 0113 343 1537 for help completing a telephone booking or to request a Word document Booking Form.

Cancellations of accommodation booking are possible up to 17th June without charge. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded. Substitutions are possible at any time up to 30th June. No substitutions are available after this date. All accommodation queries can be emailed to confadmin@leeds.ac.uk. All other conference queries should be sent to miua2025@leeds.ac.uk.
