The 2025 conference will be held in Nexus (Day 1) and the School of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences, University of Leeds, UK (Day 2 and 3).

Accommodation Update
Please note that the deadline for booking pre-held rooms at Storm Jameson Court has now passed.
Campus accommodation is now subject to availability and must be booked directly via the link below. All accommodation is single occupancy with en-suite bathrooms, and includes breakfast served in the University Refectory.

If you have an access requirement that means you are unable to complete the Booking Form online, please contact T: 0113 343 1537 for help completing a telephone booking or to request a Word document Booking Form.
Information for delegates who have pre-booked accommodation by 13th June:
If you have already secured accommodation at Storm Jameson Court through the pre-booking process, please note the following cancellation and substitution policy:
• Cancellations can be made without charge until 17th June 2025.
• Cancellations after 17th June are non-refundable.
• Substitutions are permitted up to 30th June 2025.
• No substitutions will be accepted after 30th June.
