Booking your stay
Select your check-in and check-out dates through the conference accommodation portal to view available rooms and rates. You can then choose your preferred hotel and complete your reservation online.
Payment is made directly to the hotel. Your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation, and you will receive confirmation directly from your chosen hotel.
You can also amend or cancel your booking through the reservation website, subject to the hotel's booking conditions.
We strongly recommend booking as early as possible. The hotels operate room-release dates, after which unsold rooms may be withdrawn from the conference allocation and become unavailable through the portal.
