The early bird rate (until 31st March 2018) is \u00a3200 for students and early career researchers (less than 10 years from PhD), to include ice breaker; catering; conference dinner; and field trips. The non-early career rate is \u00a3250.<\/p>\n
From 1st April 2018, the rates are \u00a3250 and \u00a3300, respectively.<\/p>\n
The registration closes 30th April 2018.<\/p>\n
Important note: registration fee is non-refundable. The field trips are automatically included in the registration fee. Participation to field trips is not obligatory but no refunds are made for non-participation. Please visit the Field Trips page for information about the field trips. If you have any questions about the field trips, do not hesitate to contact us.<\/p>\n
Accommodation: there are plenty of options in and around Montgenevre, but we strongly advise to book early as the area is a popular tourist destination.<\/p>\n
