Bring your own bag, pen and notebook!

Information for presenters
Presentations should be 25 minutes with 5 minutes for questions. These will be recorded.
Please bring presentations (in .pdf or .ppt format) on a memory stick to be uploaded onto the room desktop computer for the presentation. Arrive at your session 10 minutes before it starts to ensure all the materials are correctly uploaded on the PCs in time for the session. A student helper or member of the organising committee will be around to help with this.
The role of session chairs is to remind presenters to complete their presentations within 25 minutes and facilitate the process of questions after each presentation. And to ensure sessions stay on schedule.

On Friday 28th in the evening the Conference programme has an informal Farewell party event from 20:00. We had intended to book a restaurant based on our expectation of a relatively small number of people, but in fact following our poll as many as 50 people said they would be in Leeds for dinner on Friday evening. It has not therefore been possible to book another dinner for that number of people so we intend instead to meet informally for drinks and then people will no doubt split off into smaller groups and organise dinner themselves. This also reflects the different times that people may leave the conference depending on whether they are staying for the ITEA Executive Committee meeting or not.

The conference venue is approximately 20-30 minute’s walk from Leeds train station.
For information about bus and other travel options from the centre of Leeds to the University see:
Buses will drop you at the front of the University. To reach the Conference location you will need to walk along University road (which is just to the left of the main Parkinson Building as you look towards the University). This will take you to the back of the University where you will need to cross Clarendon road to reach the Maurice Keyworth Building (Leeds University Business School) for registration.
Taxis from Leeds Train Station are available from Princes Square (off Aire Street) in the short-stay car park, next to Wetherspoons. The journey should take 5 to 10 minutes to the University, ask the driver to drop you at Leeds University Business School.
Travelling by Car & Car Parking
We would encourage delegates to take public transport, however if you do need driving directions, please use the postcode LS2 9JT for SatNav navigation.
Car parking on Campus is extremely limited and we would suggest that cars are parked either in the Woodhouse Lane Car Park or at your accommodation.
