The Black Female Academics' Network<\/strong> (BFAN) is a global network for Black female academics, and aims to empower its members in advancing their careers and leadership roles.<\/p>\n

The Womens' Leadership programme<\/strong> (WLP), based at the University of Pretoria, aims to and equip women for leadership through structured interventions, including academic training, mentoring, local and international exchanges and leadership-immersion experiences.<\/p>\n
